Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration
Choose the Work You Need
We install and service the systems that heat and cool homes across the Lower Mainland. Which one a building needs is what the assessment settles.

Choose the Work You Need
- Ductless Mini-Split InstallationA room the ducts never reach properly, or a house with no ductwork at all. One indoor unit or several, sited for airflow, clearance and noise.
- Heat Pump InstallationOne system that heats and cools, where the building suits it. Ducted or ductless, decided by the heat-loss calculation and the electrical capacity rather than by preference.POPULAR
- Furnace InstallationGas heating, installed or replaced. Sized from a heat-loss calculation for the actual house rather than copied off the old rating plate.
- Air ConditioningCooling on its own, central or ductless, including service on equipment previously installed.
- Repair and MaintenanceSomething has stopped working, or you want it checked before the season turns. Diagnosis comes first, and the recommendation follows it.

Before We Quote Anything
The Assessment Comes First
Every home and every customer starts in a different place. Tell us what is going on and we will start there, then look at what is actually in the building and what you need from it. The recommendation and the estimate are shaped around that, which is why the number firms up once we know enough rather than the moment you ask.
- Heat-loss and load calculation for the actual house, not a square-footage rule of thumb
- Electrical panel and capacity review, because a panel that cannot carry the equipment changes the plan
- Ductwork review where ducts are involved
- Permit requirements, and strata approval requirements where they apply
- Rebate eligibility screening before the equipment decision is final
- Equipment efficiency selection, then airflow evaluation and balancing after install

Beyond a Single House
Commercial and Strata Work
Commercial buildings and strata properties require their own plan for equipment, access, approvals and documentation.
Commercial
Rooftop equipment, multi-zone systems and commercial refrigeration, planned around access, downtime and approval requirements.
Strata and Property Managers
Work across many units, where approvals, access and documentation usually decide the schedule before the equipment does.

Tell Us About the Job
Start with the details you have. What the building is, what is happening and what you would like it to do. We will tell you what we need next, and whether it is something we should look at in person before putting a number on it.
