How the Work Runs
This is the process we follow to prevent problems during installation, from the first appointment through ongoing support.

Why It Runs This Way
The Assessment Comes First
Equipment is available to everyone. What decides whether a system performs is the work done before it is chosen and the care taken installing it. That is where our time goes.
What You Get in Writing
The Quote and What Can Change It
A quote should say what it covers, what it does not, and what would move the number. The things that move it are usually found in the building rather than invented afterwards.
- What the price covers, itemised: equipment, labour, permits and disposal each stated rather than assumed
- What is excluded, named rather than left to be discovered
- The conditions that could change it, such as electrical capacity or something found once a wall is open
- How a change gets agreed before the work happens, rather than after it appears on an invoice
